I am an attorney practicing in the fields of Trusts and Estate, Elder Law and small and mid-size business representation; I serve as general counsel for the National Network of Accountants; and I run a Captive Insurance Management Company. I represent clients from all walks of life, from the single parent looking to execute a Will mainly to name a guardian for their children, to the multimillion dollar business owner looking to avoid estate taxes and pass the business onto the next generation. I pride myself on providing advice to my clients in plain English with simple real life examples, as opposed to talking legalese as many other attorneys do.
